Buyers can cancel orders, but I recommend you do so within a 15 minute window after placing your order. If you request for a cancel after 15 minutes, I cannot guarantee it can be cancelled because some orders already begin shipment process even just after 15 minutes. In the event that it does ship out before you request a cancellation, if you are in the US, you can return it for free and then get your moneyback. If you are outside the US, returns are allowed but it will be your own expense. 3. If you have not received your item and it is past the latest estimated delivery date, please do a couple of things before opening a case. 1) Please check your tracking number and find the status of your order. 2) Check with your local post office, often times it may be waiting there to be claimed, customs may require additional information or payment, or an attempted delivery was made but address was incorrect or no one was available so the package will be held at the local post office or holding facility. 3) Check with anyone in your household, business, or even neighbor if they have taken your package and didn’t notify you. Sometimes someone else at your address receives the package and puts it away forgetting to tell you they took it. Neighbors will sometimes take packages to protect you if they think the package is outside and exposed. Also, mail delivery personnel will sometimes hide your package around the house, behind objects, etc., so it is not fully exposed for possible theft, so make sure to thoroughly check. 4. All buyers are responsible for their own country’s import laws, customs laws, taxes, vat, duty, or other documentation you may be required to provide them etc. Please be sure to know what you are allowed to import to your country before ordering. Make sure you are aware of whatever taxes/vat/duties fees you have to pay your government. Seller’s are not responsible for this as stated in the Ebay TOS. 5.
